Doctor of Clinical Religious Counseling (D.C.R.C.)
The doctoral program in Clinical Religious Counseling (D.C.R.C.) is intended to be a
religious and theory intensive experience designed to provide a balance of
intellectual, spiritual, and experiential learning resulting in professional counselors
who have multiple competencies as a researcher, theorist, minister, and
problem-solver in human growth and development. The doctoral program
emphasizes religious theory and research as opposed to clinical skill development
and is designed primarily for students who desire to become ministers of faith and
religious counselors.
