The doctoral program in Doctor of Ministry Religious Missionary Counseling
(D.M.R.M.C.) is an extra-ordinary academic degree awarded to an individual as a
decoration of life experiences, rather than as the results of matriculating and
studying for several years. A life experience degree may be conferred upon and
individual that has not attended our institution. This degree is intended to honor
those individuals who have demonstrated to have had religious and theory intensive
experiences designed to provide a balance of intellectual, spiritual, and experiential
learning resulting in professional counselors who have multiple competencies as a
researcher, theorist, minister, and problems-solver in human growth and
development. The life experience doctoral program emphasizes religious theory and
research experiences as opposed to clinical skill development and is designed
primarily for individuals who desire to become ministers of faith and religious
missionary counselors around the world.
